First, every event will be documented.  It should be noted, that the documenting of the task performed immediately follows the performing of the task whenever followed by a period.  (Other actions will either take no punctuation, or a comma if habit proves the former difficult.)  Otherwise, the time of documenting should be explicitly listed as an action in of itself.

If I think of performing an action, then that is listed as an action.  In other words, thoughts count as actions.  Thinking after an action about its virtue will also count as an action.  This may take some special punctuation of its own.  Likely candidates are the exclamation mark and the interrobang.

Times should be provided for all actions.  Where appropiate, pictures will be taken, and if possible, audio and video should be captured.  Space constraints may not allow long audio and video feeds.

A day will be taken to mean twenty-four hours.  Time will start with waking and end when sleeping ends.
